August 2012: 'Valuation of Water Buffering: Business case for Upscaling' (working title)

Enticing discussion and most particularly investments in the upscaling of 3R, ‘Valuation of Water Buffering’ aims to develop a format for assessing and planning water recharge, retention and reuse projects and thereby make a socio- economic and financial case for 3R.
